MADE TO CRAVE
CR is offering a group for women who may be struggling with eating issues. We are using Lysa Terkeursts book, Made to Crave, in addition to the 12 Steps of CR. The group consists of video and discussion based study. Some reading required at home. We hope you will receive the tools you need to make peace with the body you have been given, eat healthy without feeling deprived, reach a healthy weight while growing closer to God through the process, put realistic everyday healthy choices into practice, and more. This Group meets during CR on Tuesday evenings, 7 to 9 pm. If you want to join us for dinner, come at 6:15. Book is $13, see Sharna Tanner.
Griefshare is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life's most difficult experiences. You don't have to go through the grieving process alone. Griefshare is available at CR every Tuesday.
