MADE TO CRAVE

CR is offering a group for women who may be struggling with eating issues. We are using Lysa Terkeursts book, Made to Crave, in addition to the 12 Steps of CR. The group consists of video and discussion based study. Some reading required at home. We hope you will receive the tools you need to make peace with the body you have been given, eat healthy without feeling deprived, reach a healthy weight while growing closer to God through the process, put realistic everyday healthy choices into practice, and more. Book is $13, see Sharna Tanner.

GRIEFSHARE

Griefshare is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life's most difficult experiences. You don't have to go through the grieving process alone. Griefshare is available at CR every Tuesday.

Students today struggle and are challenged with much more than previous generations ever had to deal with. Issues may include addiction, divorce, peer pressure, depression, cutting, eating disorders, abortion, and abuse. Teens can find the support they need with a group in The Landing student ministry.

Our two-hour sessions include ice-breaker games, worship songs and a lesson on topics like denial, introspection, helplessness, hope, and giving God control. The meetings usually end with small group discussions divided by gender.

The Landing meets at Peoples Church on Tuesdays.

Dinner:  6:30 pm

Worship & Topics:  7:00 pm

Closed Groups:  8:00 pm

Dessert Cafe:  9:00  pm

Welcome Home is a Celebrate Recovery group for Veterans and their families. We meet at Peoples Church's Celebrate Recovery on Tuesdays at 7 pm.

Celebrate Recovery Welcome Home Groups are a safe place for veterans and their family to connect. Most military families miss the camaraderie that the military culture provides. This can be achieved through Celebrate Recovery and Welcome Home Open Share Groups.
